CBD oil or Cannabidiol is the latest breakout product in the U.S. market.  With the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD oil derived from licensed industrial hemp has moved off the CSA (Controlled Substance Act) as a Schedule 1 narcotic.

However, strict regulations still exist governing the sale and transit of CBD Oil and it’s products.

There are specific requirements to import, manufacture, and sell CBD to ensure it is not seized by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency).

In addition many individual states have enacted legislation specifically banning CBD and its derivatives.

Countries within the EU have differing regulations and requirements for CBD.

The various regulations and regulatory agencies can be confusing, but we can help importers, distributors, and manufacturers successfully enter the market in a compliant manner.
